Compulsory Taxes :

Local City Tax = Euro 2,00 x person x night
Fiscal Tax  = Euro 2,00 for all bills higher than Euro 77,47

and from Easter Time to middle September a minimum of 3 consecutive nights is preferred

 

Eventual Extras :

 

• Extra bed (where possible) = + 35% x person x night
• Rich Breakfast, both sweet and savoury with option :
   - vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free,
  -  fresh eggs prepared à la coque, hard boiled, scrambled or omelette    = + Euro 15,00/20,00 x person x service (limited to some periods only)

Our small property is exclusively non-smoking - No pets allowed

• Not suitable for dosabilities, elderly nor kids property has no lift
• Rooms accessible by marble winding stairs
• Minimum age for stay : only adults over 18 yrs old

If by car strongly suggested arrival before midday to still find parking in town centre

Any arrival later than closing time should be agreed accordingly with Direction and, if accepted, is subject to a supplement for the extra service. Sorry no concierge service.
