Compulsory Taxes :

Local City Tax = Euro 2,00 x person x night
Fiscal Tax  = Euro 2,00 for all bills higher than Euro 77,47

and from Easter Time to middle September a minimum of 3 consecutive nights is preferred

Eventual Extras :

• Extra bed (where possible) = Euro 25,00 x person x night
• Baby cot = Euro 10,00 x night
• Rich Breakfast, both sweet and savoury with option :
   - vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free,
  -  fresh eggs prepared à la coque, hard boiled, scrambled or omelette    = + Euro 12,00 x persona x servizio
   

Our small property is exclusively non-smoking No pets allowed
Not suitable for handicaps, property has no lift
 

Recpetion closes at 6pm

Any arrival later than closing time should be agreed accordingly with Direction and, if accepted, is subject to a supplement for the extra service. Sorry no concierge service.
